5 Things people in their 20’s should improve & people in their 30’s should do

Age is just a number (as all of us may say) but there is also one thing that does not define age and that is time. There is always a right time to do something and let it be now.

Below are 5 things people in their twenties should improve and people in their thirties should do:

1. Discover & Explore

Ask. Find. Look. Be curious. Be intrigued. Be passionate and act as if you genuinely care. There are so many things that we can learn from, everyday and the key is to keep ourselves motivated to explore. Ask questions you never asked before, admire the flowers a little bit or laugh with a stranger. (about the last one, be careful with that, don’t be too reckless)
2. Communicate

Talk. Talk to your friends, talk to your neighbors, talk to the girl you didn’t talk back in high school. Keep the right people around you, and ask them how their day is going, you will unfortunately regret it if you don’t. There are so many things we can lose in our life, let’s try to keep the close ones around us for as long as we can.
3. Know Yourself

Know what you like, what you don’t. Know how to challenge yourself and know your worth. Know not to let other people tell you who you are and what you can or can’t do.

4. Forgive Yourself

For this part, i will just leave this quote here (it kinda says it all)  “Forgive yourself for not knowing what you didn’t know before you learned it.”

5. Be Brave

I heard this so many times, but being brave represents the difference between knowing and doing. Knowing your limits and then exceeding them, makes you a better person. Don’t you want to be a better version of yourself?

This part will also be followed by a conclusion: Be brave enough to know who you are, communicate well with others, be brave enough to discover and explore and be courageous enough to forgive yourself.

Now, I want to help you apply steps 1 & 5

  1. Get curious and help me write what you want to read
  2. Do something different by going on this link
  3. Submit your answers/ideas (it won’t take more than 2 mins)
  4. Thank you!
